When you access remote objects, you may receive an automated form that asks you to explain the reason for accessing the machine. This is done from a security and monitoring perspective. For more information, please refer to our Remote Access Support Policy below.

Our remote access solution supports various connection methods to remote objects, including RDP, agent, SSH, and Tunnel Jump connections. For more information about our access consoles, please refer to the Remote Access Support Solution User Manual document below.

You can customize your screen size settings for remote objects either from the session itself or from the local client by going to File > Settings > Access Sessions and Screen Sharing. Our remote access solution supports file transfer functions. With RDP, the default clipboard is available for file transfer, and with the agent, it is possible to copy files using a commander interface. For our rules regarding file transfer, please refer to our Remote Access Policy document below.

Our remote access solution has a search function that enables you to easily access remote objects. You can search for objects using IP addresses, country codes (e.g. BE), or tags. For more information, please refer to the Remote Access Support Solution User Manual document below.

Our remote access solution has a key vault. Service accounts and local admin accounts can be found based on your access rights. Additionally, you have the ability to create custom credentials to enable faster logins. For more information, please refer to the Remote Access Support Solution User Manual document below.

Our remote access solution supports Jump Point for remote objects, which allows suppliers to use their own software to manage our machines in specific situations. For example, this enables the management of our PLCs via supplier-owned software. For more information, please refer to the Remote Access Support Solution User Manual document below.
